Parking
Valet parking is available for $35 per night for hotel guests and includes in-and-out privileges.
Applicable Taxes
All room rates are subject to applicable taxes, currently at 13.5% per room, per night.
Late Check-Out & Early Check-In
Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Late check-out is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Pet Policy
Pets are always welcome at 21c. The pet fee is $75 and a pet waiver form must be completed and signed at check-in. Please contact the front desk team with any questions.
In-Room Dining
Counting House offers in-room dining for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch on the weekends. To place an order, call from your in-room phone by pressing the “Room Service” button.
Sustainability
We aim to have a positive impact on the planet by taking steps to reduce our carbon, plastic and food waste – to do that 21c has implemented a 21c Sustainability Fee of $5 to help support that mission. Examples of our sustainability practices include providing every guest with PATH water bottles. PATH is the first certified refillable and 100% recyclable bottled water packaged in a sleek and sturdy, reusable aluminum container.
Credit Card Policy
We require a major credit card to be presented at check-in time. The card must belong to the guest checking in to the room (and match their photo ID). Credit cards will be authorized for the full amount of room and tax, PLUS $100 per day for incidentals. Since most banks don’t release authorizations for 7 to 10 days after check-out time, we don’t recommend using a debit card at check-in. Unfortunately we cannot accept cash as a form of deposit. Credit cards, debit cards and cash are all welcome forms of payment at check-out.
Pickup In The Tab
To cover another party’s room charges and/or incidentals, please contact us to complete our credit card authorization form and return within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival.
Extra Beds
Rollaway beds are available for a nightly fee of $30. Cribs are available by request at no additional charge. Both are subject to availability so give us a call at 919.956.6700 or email us at dur.team@21chotels.com to secure.
Connecting Rooms
We offer connecting rooms between our Deluxe Suites and several Luxury King & Double Queen rooms. Give us a call at 919.956.6700 or email dur.team@21chotels.com to book. Subject to availability.
Early Departure
Need to scoot out early? Let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid an early departure fee. Within 24 hours? Call the Front Desk for details.
Gift Cards
Give the gift of 21c by purchasing a giftcard at ShopAt21c.com.
If you would like to redeem a giftcard, please give us a call directly and let the reservationist know you will be using a gift certificate at the time of the reservation. And be sure to present the original gift certificate at check-in.
Smoking Policy
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. A $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged to any room that smells of smoke.
Special Deliveries
Want to send a special delivery? In order to ensure each guest receives a smooth check-in, we’ll deliver any packages, goodie bags, etc. to guest rooms. A fee of $5 per room will apply. Please contact the hotel no later than seven days prior to arrival to arrange the deliveries.
Laundry Services
21c offers same-day laundry and dry cleaning service Monday through Friday. Place the items in the laundry bag found in your guest room closet, fill out the ticket, and have both at the front desk by 8am. Buzz the front desk at 919.956.6700 for details.
