Join 21c Museum Hotel Louisville for a Sip & Tour on February 20th at 5:30pm! Enjoy a guided tour through our current exhibition, Revival: Digging Into Yesterday, Planting Tomorrow while you enjoy a special cocktail from Proof on Main inspired by the artwork on display.

This month’s cocktail is inspired by artist Hank Willis Thomas’s Race Rio (With Interference) and features toasted coconut, gin, maraschino, acid, and power soda. A clarified take on the classic Tom Collins that obscures the true nature of the cocktail until it reaches the palate in the same way that flash photography reveals the deeper meaning in this artwork.
