Valet parking is available for $50 per night for hotel guests. We offer free valet parking for Idol Wolf restaurant guests.

All room rates are subject to applicable taxes, currently at 18.93% per room, per night.

Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Late check-out is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Pets are always welcome at 21c. The pet fee is $50 and a pet waiver form must be completed and signed at check-in. Please call the front desk team with any questions.

Idol Wolf and Good Press café offer in-room dining options during business hours.

Interested in holding a photoshoot at 21c? Contact us to inquire about your desired time and location and to receive a photoshoot policy form. Please note that most commercial photoshoots are not allowed, large lighting equipment is strictly prohibited and any professional camera usage is subject to a minimum $150 per hour photoshoot fee.

We aim to have a positive impact on the planet by taking steps to reduce our carbon, plastic and food waste – to do that 21c has implemented a 21c Sustainability Fee of $5 to help support that mission. Examples of our sustainability practices include providing every guest with PATH water bottles. PATH is the first certified refillable and 100% recyclable bottled water packaged in a sleek and sturdy, reusable aluminum container. 

We require a major credit card to be presented at check-in time. The card must belong to the guest checking in to the room (and match their photo ID). Credit cards will be authorized for the full amount of room and tax, PLUS $100 per day for incidentals. Since most banks don’t release authorizations for 7 to 10 days after check-out time, we don’t recommend using a debit card at check-in. Unfortunately we cannot accept cash as a form of deposit.  Credit cards, debit cards and cash are all welcome forms of payment at check-out.

21c St. Louis does not currently offer gift cards.

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. A $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged to any room that smells of smoke.

Want to send a special delivery? In order to ensure each guest receives a smooth check-in, we’ll deliver any packages, goodie bags, etc. to guest rooms. A fee of $3 per room will apply. Please contact the hotel no later than seven days prior to arrival to arrange the deliveries.

21c offers same-day laundry and dry-cleaning service Monday through Friday. Place the items in the laundry bag found in your guest room closet, fill out the ticket, and have both at the front desk by 9:00am. Buzz the front desk at 314.940.2333 for details.
